Welcome to Errandly! By using our laundry services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

Service Agreement: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) and Errandly Laundry Service (“Errandly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Acceptance of Terms: By scheduling a pickup, submitting an order form, or using our services in any way, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

2. Scheduling and Pick-Up

Order Submission: All orders must be scheduled through our online form, phone, or app (when available).
Pick-Up and Delivery: We will collect and return laundry as per the schedule agreed upon at the time of order. Please ensure laundry is ready at the designated location by the agreed pickup time.

3. Same-Day Service

We offer same-day turnaround for qualifying laundry orders, subject to the following conditions:

Form Submission Deadline: The same-day service request form must be submitted before 8:00 AM on the day of service.
Collection Time: We aim to collect all same-day service orders between 8:00–9:00 AM.
Drying Requirements: To ensure same-day return, all items must be safe for tumble drying. Errandly will not be responsible for damage to items that are not dryer-safe but are included in a same-day load.
Exclusions: Items requiring air-drying, hang-drying, or special handling are not eligible for same-day turnaround and may be processed separately.

4. Wash & Fold Service

Sorting: We do not separate laundry by color or type unless requested in advance. Customers are responsible for sorting or flagging special care items.
Stain Removal: While we make every effort to treat stains, we do not guarantee complete stain removal.
Lost or Damaged Items: While we take great care with all garments, we are not liable for:
- Items left in pockets
- Items with pre-existing damage
- Shrinking, fading, or stretching due to normal washing and drying

5. Customer Responsibilities

Laundry Bag: Place your items in a secure laundry bag. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in unsecured containers.
Item Check: Please check all garments and pockets for valuables, sharp objects, or other items prior to submission.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate contact, address, and payment information.

6. Payments and Fees

Pricing: Our services are priced per pound unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment via credit/debit card or other approved methods.
Unpaid Balances: Orders with unpaid balances may be withheld from delivery until payment is received.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refund Policy: Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Claims must be submitted in writing within 3 days of order delivery.
Missing or Damaged Items: Claims for missing or damaged items must include a detailed description. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage to items shall not exceed the current market value of the item(s), with a maximum cap of $100 per order. We are not responsible for items claimed to be lost after confirmed delivery.
